Some Tips for Cancer Prevention
  • Eat more broccoli
  • Add some garlic to all of your food
  • Eat a cantaloupe once a week
  • Eat kiwi
  • Eat grapes but do not drink wine
  • Less eating high-fat animal
  • Eat more Vitamin
  • Evening for a beer
  • Drink lemon or lime soda
  • Have a cup of water as more often as possible
  • Sunshine for 15 minutes a day
  • Walking after dinner every day for 30 minutes
