Last year, December 1, World AIDS Day, Chinese Center for Disease Control Shao Yiming, China No. 1 AIDS vaccine clinical trials succeed, and the effect was very good and stable.
In 2008, the AIDS control are all over the world and do much better, promoting anti-retroviral drugs, as well as to strengthen AIDS prevention campaigns, AIDS treatment and prevention have achieved good results. China in that year also introduced a Four Frees and One Care policy.
